Terms of use

These Terms govern access to the HATA platform (the "Service") and use of its features by individuals and legal entities (the "User").

The Service operator may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Registration is required to post listings and access advanced features. Users must provide accurate data and keep passwords confidential.

• One primary account per user unless agreed otherwise for business plans
• Account sharing with third parties is not allowed without notifying the Service
• If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact support immediately

Users are responsible for the content of listings, photos, and contact details they publish.

• False information about price, area, or property status is prohibited
• Duplicate listings for the same property are not allowed
• Content that violates the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan is prohibited

Pricing for plans and promotion is shown on the Pricing page. Payment is considered complete after confirmation by the payment provider.

Refunds for unused promotion periods are handled as required by law and the Service's internal rules.

HATA is an information platform and is not a party to transactions between users. The Service does not guarantee that any sale or lease will be completed.

The operator is not liable for losses caused by other users or technical failures, except where expressly required by law.

The Service may restrict or terminate access for Terms violations, lawful requests by authorities, or suspected fraud.

Users may request account deletion via support. Personal data is then handled according to the Privacy policy.
